Most marketers think in campaigns.

Most engineers think in systems.

Most data people think in models.

Very few can connect all three.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to build that rare skillset from day one — instead of unlearning habits later.

What you’ll do

You’ll work across strategy, execution, and technology — not just one lane.

1. Customer Journey & Use Case Design

  • Translate business goals into data-driven customer journeys

  • Develop CRM / lifecycle marketing use cases (e.g. onboarding, reactivation, cross-sell)

  • Map end-to-end customer experiences across channels (email, push, in-app, etc.)

2. CEP & CDP Implementation

  • Build and launch campaigns on leading CEPs & CDPs

  • Configure audiences, triggers, segmentation logic, and messaging workflows

  • Work with data structures (events, attributes, user profiles)

3. Data & Performance Thinking

  • Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities

  • Think in terms of incrementality, conversion, and lifecycle value

  • Support testing strategies (A/B tests, journey experiments)

4. Storytelling & Client Communication

  • Create clear, visually compelling slides for client presentations

  • Translate technical concepts into simple, business-friendly narratives

  • Support workshops and client discussions

What we’re looking for

Core mindset (most important)

  • Curious about how things work — not just what works

  • Able to connect dots across data, tech, and marketing

  • Structured thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and learning on the fly

Skills & experience

  • 0–2 years experience in marketing, data, tech, or related fields (Fresh graduates welcome)

  • Basic understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing

  • Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills (this matters a lot)

  • Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets at minimum)

  • Bonus (not required)

  • Exposure to CEP/CDP tools 

  • Basic SQL or data querying knowledge

  • Experience in agencies, startups, or MarTech environments
